I bought this car holder for my mini iPod so I would have ready access to my iPod while I was driving. I used it for a while, but found that whenever I got out of the car, I had to take my iPod out of this holder and put it away somewhere so nobody tried to break into my car. After a while of doing this, I found it was just easier to keep my iPod in the case I have for it, the Marware Mini Trailvue, and just put it in my bag and I was ready to go. Other than that, the place where the iPod sits in the holder is very snug and doesn't move around at all. Once you snap the iPod into place, you can be sure that it won't have moved the slightest bit when you go to take it out. It comes with different cup holder sizes so you can find the right size for your car's cup holders. I would say if you just simply want something to hold your iPod in the car so you can see and use it easily, this is the thing for you, and it is worth the money.
